Don't waste your life

So I have just graduated from Seminary. It was a long road to say the least. It took me 5 years on and off to complete my degree. I felt a huge burden lifted to be finally done! So, now I am finally saying at age 32 what do I want to do with my life.

Well, I am not sure of that yet, but I am reading a great book to help me get inspired. It is "Don't Waste Your Life" by John Piper. In the past I have not been a big Piper fan because I disagree with some of his beliefs, but I found this book and thought it a very appropriate book for t his time in my life, and it is. It is inspiring and focuses on seeing Christ for who he really is and our lives as they really are - opportunities to serve and glorify Him.

So as I thaw out from Seminary I am seeing the joys in life again and learning to fully live. I am enjoying cooking for my sweet husband Bryce who put up with lots of spagetti dinners from the freezer vs. a home cooked meal.
